Springboard Landings, Inc.
Building an option for independent living and community inclusion for adults with mild developmental disabilities. To provide adults with mild developmental disabilities an option for private residential living in a community-centered atmosphere with limited support. Springboard Landings will provide adults who need a limited amount of support an option for independent living in a residential community-centered environment. The Vision is to construct or acquire unique apartment buildings with eight or more individual apartments in each building with an additional apartment for a resident manager. Each apartment will open into a common area or be accessible to a common area to promote community and social interaction. Our residents will have the independence they so strongly desire in a safe environment with the knowledge that we are here to help them when they need us through support services such as referrals, advice, and a helping hand.
