C2i provides support and resources to youth in #fostercare, ages 14-24, preparing them as they transition to living independently #AgingOut #MN #FosterYouth C2i provides programming and services for young people in and aging out of foster care, ages 14-25+, to prepare them for adulthood using a healthy mind, body, and soul philosophy. TO PROVIDE UNIQUE PROGRAMMING AND ADVOCACY FOR FOSTER CARE YOUTH, AGES 14- 24, TO PROMOTE A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION TO LIVING INDEPENDENTLY AS THEY REACH ADULTHOOD.
