The Arlington Tomorrow Foundation Awarded Eight New Grants - One of them being CASA of Tarrant County who received a $75,000 grant. "Currently, 50 Arlington residents are CASA volunteers, comprising 15% of the agency’s volunteers. These volunteers gather critical information judges need to determine what’s in the child’s best interests, advocating for the child’s needs in all areas, and help judges decide if a child should return home to their parents, be placed with relatives, or be adopted.

Nationally, up to 80 percent of children and adolescents enter the foster care system with significant mental health needs.
