Providing services and ensuring quality of life for people with developmental and related disabilities FACT compassionately serves and advocates for people with developmental disabilities and their families in California.FACT believes that every person with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, or a similar condition deserves the support of their community. We are here to help them however possible… especially after their primary caregivers pass on.Functioning in many ways as a surrogate family, we can manage financial, legal, and other vital services for our clients, lightening the burden of worry for families and caretakers—and supporting independence, happiness, security, and a safe, nurturing living environment for our clients.
