We work to achieve this through practical on the job training, theoretical education and by introducing innovative and sustainable solutions to the most basic equipment and infrastructure challenges the maternal-child healthcare sector is faced with in Ethiopia.

Welcome to Wax Gold Wax Gold is a nonprofit organization of healthcare professionals specializing in the care of the sick newborn committed to reducing infant mortality in this medically underserved and low resource region through capacity building and knowledge transfer. More than one million African newborns die in their first month of life with Ethiopia accounting for more than ten percent of these deaths.
