The Japhet Family Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization designated as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It operates primarily to support international projects focused on education and economic development, specifically in rural communities of Kenya.

Mission and Activities

The foundation aims to create generational change through improved access to education and economic opportunities. Its initiatives emphasize providing adequate educational facilities and resources in underserved communities. One notable project involves the Ambassador Kiti Memorial Secondary School in Vitengeni, Kenya. The foundation has contributed to the construction of new classrooms at this school, enhancing educational environments for local students aged 14-18.

Beyond education, the Japhet Family Foundation also supports community-managed agricultural projects in Kilifi County, Kenya, an area known for its fertile soils but limited economic opportunities. These agricultural initiatives are designed to create sustainable jobs and stimulate local economic growth.
