The New Jersey Creative Arts Collaborative (NJCAC) is a non-profit organization whose goal is to inform, inspire and illuminate artists of color by sharing and broadening cultural awareness through the creation of original content and partnership opportunities with avocationals, students, and professionals. NJCAC is project-oriented and our mission is accomplished by producing a variety of festivals, workshops and special events focused on enhancing and showcasing artists’ skills specifically in theatre (acting, dance and music), film, literature, and visual art.
