Field Events • Shot Put: Keyasha placed 3rd out of 16 • Discus: Brooklyn placed 5th Sprints • 100m: Nayeli (4th), Dominique (5th) • 200m: Amaiya — 1st place and a new school record (28.48) • 400m: Danielle placed 4th with a new personal record; Olivia also set a new PR Distance • 800m: Heather improved by 5 seconds • 1600m: Aaliyah improved by 3 seconds • 3200m: Iliana and Jasleen ran this event for the first time Relays • 4x100: Kala, Amaiya, Nayeli, and Dominique — 1st place and a new school record • 4x200: Amariya, Princess, Nayeli, and Amaiya — 1st place and a new school record • 4x400: Amariya, Olivia, Kala, and Niziya — 4th place with a new season PR We finished 3rd in the conference — an impressive result, especially considering we don’t compete in five of the events. Yesterday, we watched our incredible SJA Class of 2025 walk across the stage—strong, radiant, and ready for the world. We began the celebration the way we always do: in faith and community, gathered together for our traditional Baccalaureate Mass. These young women have overcome challenges, embraced growth, and lifted one another with the spirit of true sisterhood. They have led with heart, found their voices, and left their mark on the halls of SJA. To our graduates: You are everything we hoped for and more. We are beyond proud. You are not just anything. You are a force. You carry generations of strength in your voice, your hands, your heart. You rise in rooms not built for you, and you build new ones. You are proof that power can be gentle, that kindness can be fierce, and that being underestimated is often the greatest advantage. You are not defined by your quiet moments or your loud ones.
