Hope for a better South Carolina Fellows of the Hope for a Better South Carolina Foundation These Individuals are honored as Fellows of the Foundationrecognizing exemplary service to the citizens of South Carolina through their volunteer and philanthropic contributions. The Foundation was formed on September 19 1994. Originally the South Carolina District Civitan Foundation delegates at the South Carolina District Convention voted unanimously to establish the Foundation and to have Civitan International manage the funds for the South Carolina Foundation. In 2022 the South Carolina District of Civitan International merged into the Region 2 District with Georgia and Florida.
