Administrators and Leaders of Volunteer Resources are committed to advancing healthcare volunteerism and the profession of volunteer administration Welcome toAdministrators and Leaders of Volunteer Resources. As of January 2021 the Administrators of Volunteer Resources AVR became the Administrators and Leaders of Volunteer Resources ALVR a new and independent organization and an affiliate society of Illinois Health and Hospital Association IHA. Members of this new organization represent more than 50 years of experience in volunteer management and education. Formed in 1999 this group is a source of information and networking for volunteer leaders and directors of volunteers as well as volunteers and Auxiliaries.
