Sowing for Health Spring forth with us as we sow health into the lives of families and establish a foundation for communities transformed by a spirit of justice and equity. Together we will administer goodness and harvest a healthier and happier tomorrow. Meet Our Founders Ozzie Rachel Over 30 years working together serving daily meals to the most underresourced neighborhoods in South Florida. Whether it was cooking packaging or delivering meals this amazing couple has done it all.
