We are an Independent Spiritualist Church located in Seattle, Washington (a) The purpose for which the corporation is to be formed is to receive and administer funds for the charitable purposes of teaching, promulgating, disseminating and otherwise extending, advancing and promoting knowledge and understanding of the principles, philosophy, beliefs, faith, tenants, and practices of of Spiritualism; and to investigate, engage in, promote and further study the psychic and spiritual phenomena which are charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
