The annual concert of the Shireinu Choir of Long Island this past Sunday was a rousing success. Held at Temple Beth-El in Great Neck and directed by Deborah Tartell, over 500 people were in attendance and enough funds were raised to bring 19 Israeli teenagers, whose lives have been impacted by the tragic events of October 7 in Israel, to Camp Tel-Yehudah in upstate New York this summer.
