Welcome to The Kittery Kat and Kitten Rescue!! We are committed to finding permanent homes for cats/kittens in the Mexia and Central Texas Area.This includes strays & abandoned cats and kittens from other shelters, city impounds and local residents. The Kittery Kat and Kitten Rescue Corp is a non-profit organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to educate the public in the principles of humane cat and kitten care, to provide a safe haven for abused, unwanted, and abandoned cats and kittens, to seek to return lost cats and kittens to their rightful owners, to offer low cost spay/neuter servides, microchip clinics, and adoption services. We also plan to offer a TNR program to the community.

Welcome to The Kittery! Welcome to The Kittery. The Kittery was founded in 2019 to fill an urgent need in an underserved part of rural Central Texas. Our cats kittens include strays abandonedabused cats from other shelters city impounds local residents who cannot afford their care cats that would have otherwise been euthanized or worse. Our mission is to save as many of them as we can through fostering adoption prevention.
