Asa's Place is a Residential Pediatric Recovery Center which will serve newborns with neonatal abstinence syndrome and their postpartum mothers with SUDs. i'mPACT – Protecting Against Childhood Trauma seeks to safeguard the health and well-being of infants, children and teens impacted by parent substance use. i'mPACT serves children in foster care through its Tioga County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program; children who are victims of abuse/neglect through its Tioga County Children's Advocacy Center; and infants born substance-exposed/dependent through its Nurture Me program and through Asa's Place which is working to become Pennsylvania's first Residential Pediatric Recovery Center.
