Hacienda Loba Blanca Animal Santuary

Hacienda Loba Blanca Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) registered animal rescue located on a ranch in the hills of Fredericksburg, Texas. It was started in 1990 by Michael "Chief Smiling Wolf", who lived there for 32 years rescuing and rehabilitating animals of all types including crows, owls, possums, skunks, snakes, horses, goats, cats, sheep and dogs of various types. When Michael passed in May of 2022, his wife Jackie, daughter Carley and son-in-love Jonny got together to continue his work of caring for animals, including the ones that were left behind at the time of his death.
