Oraculi - STEM Mentorship The Oraculi Mission Our mission is to inspire the next generation of scientists engineers and scholars by lowering entry barriers to STEM through Science Fair participation for all students in Rochester MN. What does Oraculi Do. Students are paired with our mentors based on their interests and project needs we want to help students achieve their STEM Fair goals. Our mission is to reach students who have been told that STEM isnt interesting or applicable outside of school who have been disengaged andor who may not be able to otherwise afford science fair materials.
