South Arkansas Developmental Center for Children Families SADCCF provides day programs for people with developmental disabilities. The four ECCEL Early Childhood Center in Experiences in Learning facilities are integrated programs of services and supports designed to help families with children between birth and five years of age who have been identified or are at risk of developmental delay. The program provides speech occupational and physical therapies nursing services and habilitation programs. They serve over 225 children.
