5th Ave Revival Breathing Life Into History Who We Are 5th Ave Revival is a Mount Dorabased nonprofit created in April 2023 and dedicated to restoring the historic Princess Theater. Led by Silvia Hemsath our mission is to revive this cherished local landmark. Silvias lifelong love for live entertainment and theater inspired her to establish 5th Ave Revival with cofounders Anthony Stewart and Melissa Newman. Together we envision the Princess Theater becoming a vibrant cultural hub that brings joy and unity to Mount Dora.
