Turning Pain into Purpose Helping veterans and first responders cope with the psychological impact of their heroic service. White Heart leads small groups of up to 10 veterans or first responders on remote outdoor excursions aiming to enhance mental and emotional wellbeing for those facing servicerelated trauma.
