The lkn PHIL conducted by Maestro Eduardo Cedeo is dedicated to providing a place for community musicians of all ages to promote mutual growth and understanding through excellent music programs for both its members and audiences. Membership is open to community musicians provided they have the sincere desire to learn and play together. Rehearsals are held Monday evenings from 700 830 p.
