MFSA is an association of public ports and private facilities throughout the 110 mile shipping channel on the Lower Columbia and Willamette Rivers. PROMOTE FIRE PROTECTION, SAFETY, AND THE ENHANCEMENT OF NAVIGATION ON THE COLUMBIA AND WILLAMETTE RIVERS IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF MARITIME ASSETS OF THE REGION.
