We build power to disrupt and dismantle unjust systems and determine a liberated future as people of color in Arizona, through our lived experience, leadership development and civic participation. Poder in Action is an anchor organization that is shifting the landscape of social justice, community development, and community driven public policy by training under represented, low income Arizonans to engage stakeholders in meaningful dialogue, form collaborative partnerships, and take action to address local issues.
