Neighborhood Athletics Changing the neighborhood one kid at a time Neighborhood Athletics is a nonprofit organization in Columbus Ohio. That provides athletic and educational opportunities to youth in underserved communities. We strive to provide a safe encouraging environment where kids can learn have fun and develop lifelong skills. All our student Athlete families are low income and relatively isolated in a situation exacerbated by cultural language and educational barriers on the part of many Somali Bantu families which there is quite a large population on the westside of Columbus.
