The Economic Empowerment Initiative (EEI), founded in 2001, is a not-for-profit foundation created to provide financial literacy training, leadership development skills, and business development opportunities to youth and young adults in underserved communities. Mentoring, tutoring, educational initiatives, artistic development, focus group facilitation, leadership/entrepreneurial training, and workforce development are all central focuses of the EEI.
