Twin Cities Tap Twin Cities Tap and the McKnight International Choreographer Program are thrilled to present Twin Cities Tap and the McKnight International Choreographer Program are excited to bring 2023 McKnight International Choreographer Sandy Silva to Minnesota for residencies in July and September culminating in Procession Creative Minneapolis a new outdoor sitespecific work to be performed Sept 20 and 21 at Silverwood Park. The performance will invite the audience to participate and if able to walk along as the movers process through the park. We invite movers musicians and percussive dancers of all kinds to join us for workshops and other fun events in September. More info here.

We hope you will join us to see 13 Minnesota movers from a variety of disciplines perform this roving, rhythmic piece.

Twin Cities Tap and the McKnight Int’l Choreographer Program are thrilled to invite you to dance workshops led by the 2023 McKnight International Choreographer Sandy Silva. As part of her residency this summer and fall, Sandy will be conducting two workshops at The Cowles Center that are free and open to the public. Sandy will introduce participants to new and unexplored ways of approaching collective walking, movement, rhythm, vocal expression, and storytelling.
