Southborough Friends Southborough Friends About Friends of the Southborough Youth Commission Inc. Friends is an IRC 501c3 organization that supports the work of Southborough Youth and Family Services a Southborough Town department. Youth and Family Services provides counseling youth activities education and information and preventive and community programs to the residents of Southborough as well as assistance of various kinds to Southborough families with financial needs. Friends uses it funds to support the work of the town department and to provide assistance to families which is not covered by the Town budget and policy such as camperships to needy children funds for heating oil or food to needy families and Christmas gifts to children who otherwise would not receive any presents.
