Founded by Nikolai and Earl S. Poysti back in 1946, RCR exists to reach Russian speaking people with RCR Mission Statement: The purpose of RCR (Russian Christian Radio, Inc.) is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, reaching hopeless and broken Russian-speaking people, primarily in Russia and Republics of the former Soviet Union, with the transforming love and power of Jesus Christ. RCR's strategy: • We do this through: (R) RCR Recording studio - audio & video programming; (C) Christian magazine for prisoners; and (R) rehabilitation centers for alcoholics and drug addicts. • We help new believers grow in faith and find their mission and purpose. • We provide ministry opportunities and encourage the involvement of local church bodies - Russian, American and others. • We cooperate with like-minded organizations and individuals to achieve our mission.

Tonight at Grace Baptist Church in Vancouver, WA, RCR's chairman Tom Seiwert shared how he joined RCR Ministry. How God called him to start praying and supporting RCR about 30 years ago, and now he is humbled to lead this ministry. He challenged everyone to start somewhere and do mission work.
