Wow, it was another great morning as AWB met with employers in Bellingham! We’re crossing the state to talk with business owners and operators as we trace the impacts of the many new taxes, regulations and burdens placed on our state’s small businesses during this legislative session. Huge thanks to AWB Board member Amelia Cook of Goodwinds Composites for helping lead this important conversation. It was great to meet with employers in Vancouver today to talk about the legislative session and the major impacts coming from tax increases and new weights on employers. Despite the increasing challenges being piled onto the businesses of our state, it's always inspiring to meet with the hardworking and innovative business leaders of Washington -- plus Mocha, the Greater Vancouver Chamber's friendly office dog!
