We introduce the opportunity to pursue a STEM education to students in an environment that puts the students in direct contact with STEM professionals and supporters. Participating employers have access to students that represent the hidden treasures (STEM GEMS) within the Greater Baltimore area. STEM COE is an important part to the creation of a sustainable STEM ecosystem that connects students to employers and other STEM eco-system partners to educate, support, and hire these future STEM professionals
