Through comprehensive training, job placement, and mentorship, the fellowship empowers professionals to bridge the diversity gap in community development finance. Supported by key sponsors, Open Access fosters an inclusive sector focused on Low-to-Moderate Income communities, advancing economic opportunity and equitable growth.
