In 2020 our community realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Perry County Transition 2 Hope. Thisnon profit organization has the idea to help our community with a resource center and eventually transitional housing. Our mission is to give hope and improve the lives of individuals and familiesexperiencing homelessness by providing sanctuary support education tools and resourcesthat empower them to improve the quality of their lives on every level achieve greater selfsufficiency and build safe secure lives.
