Friends For Awareness is a volunteer led organization based in Ashland, VA. Founded in 2016, Three Friends and Mamas came together to spread awareness about perinatal loss (the death of a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal death), support grieving parents, and help our local community. Our goal is to offer comfort and support to those grieving through our bereavement bags, remembrance walks, and shared experiences. No parent should ever have to feel alone in their grief. We also strive to offer some relief to those in need of basic life necessities through our giving back projects.
