MOMS Club

The MOMS Club is a non-profit organization that supports at-home mothers across the United States. The organization was founded with the mission of providing emotional support, friendship, and community to at-home mothers.

Inclusion and Mission

MOMS Club has a long-standing commitment to inclusivity, welcoming mothers of all races, religions, sexualities, ethnicities, and economic statuses. This inclusivity has been a cornerstone of the organization since its inception. The club's activities aim to create a sense of community and belonging for its members, helping to combat isolation often experienced by stay-at-home mothers.

Activities and Events

Local chapters of the MOMS Club organize a variety of activities to engage both mothers and their children. These include regular playgroups, field trips, family-friendly community service projects, and social events like "Mom's Night Out." These events not only provide opportunities for children to socialize but also create spaces where mothers can connect with one another, share experiences, and find mutual support.

Non-Profit Status

All chapters of the MOMS Club operate as 501(c)(3) public charities. This status ensures that each chapter uses its resources solely for non-profit purposes, adhering to IRS regulations and the guidelines set by the International MOMS Club. As non-profits, chapters cannot raise funds for political candidates or causes and must focus on community service and member support.

Mother-To-Mother Fund

The organization also supports a charity known as the Mother-To-Mother Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to members facing severe financial emergencies, such as those resulting from natural disasters, not caused by their actions. Grants are administered through a committee to ensure fairness and need-based distribution. Donations to the M2M Fund are crucial to maintaining its ability to assist members in crisis.
