5B Anglers fish smarter together 5b anglers is Building an inclusive and positive community of anglers through educational opportunities outings and conservation projects. There is a need in the Blaine County Community for an inclusive place that provides friendly education to anglers of all backgrounds and economic levels. Our local rivers and lakes are under more pressure than ever with climate change and an increase in population. Because of the absence of education and resources for a large portion of our local population anglers are inadvertently causing unnecessary harm to our waters.
