After a period of strategic planning, a merger, and a brand reassessment, the organization transformed into Mission Capital, symbolizing a bold new path focused on community problem-solving and introducing the concept of "mission capital" as a convergence of various forms of capital aimed at empowering mission-driven organizations.

The vision is for a Central Texas where all have access to opportunities and can thrive. Key goals include closing the racial leadership gap in the social sector, increasing organizational resilience, and strengthening collaborative networks.
