THE PRIMARY MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR ARTISITS OF COLOR IN THE FIELDS OF LITERATURE, VISUAL ARTS, AND MUSIC, WITH THE GOAL OF NURTURING THE VOICES OF HISTORICALLY UNDERREPRESENTED ARTISTS IN THESE DISCIPLINES. IN ADDITION, BY SUPPORTING THESE ARTISTS AND SHARING THEIR WORK WITH A WIDE AUDIENCE, THE ENTITY HOPES TO INCREASE THE PUBLIC'S UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF ART FROM A DIVERSE GROUP OF ARTISTS.

Section Styles sticky Some of Our Baldwin Fellows Our Mission Baldwin For The Arts supports the creation of art that reflects the lived experiences of African Asian Caribbean Indigenous Hispanic Latinoax and dualheritage backgrounds. Our Residency Program Baldwin Fellowships cover all costs for accepted artists including transportation living accommodations a private workspace and three daily personalized meals prepared by a local chef. Support Our Work Your donation supports the cultivation of art and professional growth of historically underrepresented literary visual performing and interdisciplinary artists.
