The mission of the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The Denver YMCA serves as a catalyst to transform lives and communities. We are a third place dedicated to the mental and physical health and well-being for all, a connecting place to help develop the next generation of changemakers and a gathering place to lift up each other and elevate the greater community. We operate 6 wellness centers, 50 program sites and 6 contracted locations across Denver, Jefferson, Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas counties. As part of the Colorado YMCA State Alliance comprised of 30 Ys across the state, we are helping people learn, grow and thrive.
