IT SUPPORTS THE ASPIRATIONS OF OUR RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES, OFFERS A SUSTAINABLE VISION FOR OUR COMMUNITIES AND WILL HELP RE-ESTABLISH WESTCHESTER COUNTY AS A HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL, FULLY INTEGRATED, SUSTAINABLE, AND PROFITABLE COMMERCIAL CENTER. THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE SERVES TO REVITALIZE WESTCHESTER'S ECONOMY AND MAKE WESTCHESTER COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER REGIONS IN THE NATION.
