SAIL is a non-profit, member-supported organization of Shepherdstown area residents who seek to sustain the quality of their lives by remaining in their own homes as long as possible. SAIL provides access to a variety of free and fee-based services and resources and provides social, educational, and cultural opportunities for its members. SAIL encourages members to be involved in all aspects of the organization within the limits of their physical and financial resources. SAIL will also help our community cope with the increased "graying" of the local population and the resulting pressures being felt by social services.
