Domingo Roa Perez Fundador de la Asociacion de Escuelas Arquidiocesanas en 1969. Fue manifestado su interes al recibir el obispado en Maracaibo en 1961 por ofrecer educacion de calidad con alta formacion en valores ciudadanos y cristianos a los nios de las comunidades menos favorecidas de la region.
