Our mission supports the work of students from Vermont Law School and University of Vermont who have been bringing the skills and value of debate to more diverse audiences at local correctional facilities and rehabilitation centers for the past several years. By working with educators, students, and traditionally marginalized individuals, SPEAK seeks is to promote powerful voices through public speaking, education, critical thinking, and diplomatic dissent.
