The ACT Foundation – Providing Youth Sports For All The ACT Foundation Sports Should Be For Everybody The ACT Foundation makes it possible for youth sports programs to apply for grants. Americans spend 90 of their time indoors. 501c3 youth sports organizations servicing kids participating in sports including but not limited to baseball softball basketball soccer football hockey lacrosse track and field swimming field hockey gymnastics tennis etc. Less than onequarter 24 of children 6 to 17 years of age participate in 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
