Recently our operations coordinator, Lauren, installed trail cameras in the woods which aim to collect data on the changing landscape overtime. This project collects data on both flora and fauna. When Lauren spotted a canine with mange, she contacted professionals that study gulf coast canines and has begun a project to treat infected canines that traverse these woods. Deforestation and poisons we spray have tremendous consequence to the land, this is evident by watching animal patterns and flora growth in this forest.
