THE ASSOCIATION ALSO ALLOWS A FORUM TO EXCHANGE IDEAS, TO BUILD CONSENSUS, AND TO SERVE THE POLITICAL INTEREST OF GROWERS IN DISTRICT 11 ON LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL ISSUES.
