This hillside estate sitting 400 feet above the valley floor is planted with acres of fruit trees vineyard and pasture. In addition to its unique location this property boasts a 3100 sq ft artist residency a firehouse a fully restored 1923 caboose 10 small ponds 8 waterfalls a nature trail a 5000 square foot metal sculpting and ceramic studio along with a 3000 foot wood working shop.
