We do this through leadership capacity building with a focus on STEAM (Science Technology Engineering, Arts Advocacy and Math career objectives. Science because that is where the living wages are, Arts and Advocacy that is where creativity and influence come in to live purposefully and with impact. With the view to sustainably promote prosperity (UN SDG2030) Sustainable Development Goal Plans we focus on women/girls create wealth for themselves, family and community -- become the next middle class.
