Our Programs With the support from individuals like you we have provided the following to Mauis community 2. 6 million in healthcare and support servicesto those frail elderly and disabled individuals who couldn39t afford it Rehabhelped537 people to regain strength and independencethrough physical occupational and speech therapies Home Healthgave skilled nursing and therapy care to459 patientsin their own homes Long Term Care provided292 individuals witha homeand around the clock nursing care Our Programs A Continuum of Healthcare Services Adult Day Health Daily Enrichment that Promotes Socialization and Exercise Part of our vibrant community where individuals can thrive independently with the support of our care partners Care Homes Residential Living with Around the Clock Support The ideal setting for individuals in need of minimal to moderate assistance with personal care needs.
