PCIL founded by individuals with disabilities and family of people with disabilitiesis a private notforprofit communitybased organization dedicated to the mission of providing programs and services to people with disabilities and advocating for the rights of people with disabilities since 1996. Through promotion of choice selfdirection and inclusion PCIL partners with people with disabilities and their families to achieve and maintain independent lifestyles and to ensure the same freedoms and civil liberties as everyone else.
