The Rooted Together Project brings residents and volunteers together at our Zebulon, NC Residential Home to tend and grow their garden! They’re working side by side to nurture the plants and create a thriving green space 🌱 ScottsMiracle-Gro donated Neem Oil and fire ant treatment, applying it to the mounds and spreading it across the yard to prevent future issues. Bonnie Plants donated more than five plants of each: rosemary, basil, peppermint, peppers, tomatoes, okra and squash! A huge thank-you to Zach and Steve from Scotts Miracle-Gro, Larry from Bonnie Plants and Dr. Crystal Cook and Morgan Malone from North Carolina A&T State University for volunteering your time and expertise with weeding, harvesting and planting.
